Get in shape for Summer
Summer is almost upon us,
and you want to go out in the sun wearing as little clothing as possible.
You want to look good and be able to show off your body.
If too much eating and not enought exercise have added to your waistline,
and the mirror on the wall is less than complementary,
it’s time to lose a couple of pounds and shapeup for the summer months.
There is still time to get rid of the fat and make a good impression at the beach.
Start tackling the problem of shedding weight by taking a good look at your diet.

You are going to have to reduce potatoes, pasta and bread.
You are also going to skip chips, soda, fries and all sorts of fast food.

Get off the couch and exercise for at least 30 minutes every day.

If you can find a couple of hours to watch TV every day,
you can certainly find 30 minutes to exercise in order to stay in shape and healthy.
The best way to exercise is to go to the gym.
If you’re not comfortable with that, you should at least go jogging.
It’s good for your heart and it helps you burn fat fast.
Try walking instead of using the car. Take the stairs instead of the lift.
